Long established general contractor local to Denver seeks Superintendent with commercial ground up experience.

Client Details

The employer is a long established, full service general contractor dedicated to delivering quality construction across the Front Range With a focus on building strong relationships, they provide a reliable service through skilled craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. With a existing office of 50+ people in Denver, our client is looking to expand their commercial division.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
  • Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Mentor and manage team members
  • Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
  • Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Develop site utilization and logistic plans
  • Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism

Profile

The Successful Construction Superintendent:

  • Ground up commercial construction experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong knowledge in scheduling softwares such as P6 and Procore
  • Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a New Mexico based opportunity will require travel to neighboring states.

Job Offer
