The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of commercial construction sites across multiple locations. This role involves ensuring that projects are executed according to plans, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive leader with extensive experience in commercial construction.

A national top ENR firm that specializes in ground up and tenant solution projects. They have a great backlog of projects for 2025 and things in work for 2026 as well! Projects located in exciting places like Denver CO, Bozeman MT, Boise IA, and Huntsville AL.

Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Run/manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

  • GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
