Position: Executive/Personal Assistant

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to oversee the flawless operation and management of two private residences (Denver, Colorado and California) while providing comprehensive support to a high-profile executive. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about serving people and ensuring the efficient operation of both professional and personal aspects of the executive's life. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Personal/Executive Support:

  • Manage email and correspondence promptly, ensuring an organized inbox.
  • Plan and manage social engagements, private events, and public appearances.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events with precision.
  • Handle all travel arrangements and logistics seamlessly.
  • Assist with personal shopping, errands, and social engagements.
  • Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, and logistical details for events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with care.

Household Management:

  • Exude daily leadership, guiding and empowering the household team to surpass expectations.
  • Forge a close collaborative relationship with the Principal, anticipating and fulfilling personal, property, and household requirements with utmost dedication.
  • Exercise astute supervision over household staff and vendors, ensuring optimal efficiency and service excellence.
  • Seamlessly orchestrate events of varying scales, leaving no detail overlooked, while attending to miscellaneous household duties with finesse.
  • Take charge of property preparations for guests, ensuring each residence exudes an ambiance of luxury and refinement, while overseeing renovation projects to perfection.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within private family service, showcasing exemplary performance.
  • Proven experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Apple/MacOS and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend commitments, as well as local and out-of-state travel.
  • Own vehicle with an impeccable driving record.
  • Ability to travel locally (20%-25%) and out-of-state (25%-30%) as necessary.

Work Week:

  • Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends.
