Job description

Previous Lockheed Martin Space required.
Looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner (mid-career level) to join our mission supporting our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business at our Highlands Ranch facility in CO. In this role, you will:
-Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
-Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
-Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
-Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
-Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
-Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.
-Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
-Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
-Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. MUST HAVE Qualifications :
• 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
• Earned Value Management experience
• Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
•Past Lockheed Martin Space Experience
