Job Number 668246BR Description:The Consolidated Analysis Orchestration Services (CAOS) program is a 5 year effort that provides critical intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this position you will
• Design, develop, build, analyze, evaluate and install database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management. • Use data mapping, data mining, and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases. • Determine data storage and optimum storage requirements. • Prepare system requirements, source analysis, process analyses, and design throughout the database implementation. Basic Qualifications:
• Oracle Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS (Oracle 19c and above in Development & O&M environments • PLSQL/SQL - Design, development, and troubleshooting (Including Performance and Tuning) • Hands-On Linux/UNIX Operating System Experience (e.g. RHEL 8+) • Perform RDBMS upgrades, patches, and new installations/de-installations • Linux Shell Scripting experience • Must be a US Citizen ; this position will require a government Top Secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Preference for this requisition will be given to Space Employees
Desired Skills:
• Install, configure, and secure 19C RAC, ASM and single node RDBMSs • Oracle Spatial - Design, development, and troubleshooting • GoldenGate Experience: Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting • Oracle RMAN Backup & Recovery • Oracle Utilities: SQL Loader, export/import and Data Pump • Oracle Development Utilities: SQL Plus, SQL Developer • Highly developed critical thinking and problem solving skills • Provide input to the planning and scheduling of RDBMS related tasks • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) • Perform database monitoring and performance tuning • Oracle Virtual Private Database (VPD) experience • General RDBMS administrative support (i.e. wallets, user-ids, passwords) • General Performance and Monitoring (Including Oracle Enterprise Manager) • Experience with Oracle Container Databases (CDBs) and Pluggable Databases (PDB) • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Oracle DB as a Service (ODBaaS) • Experience with 'gitHub' and 'Agility' baseline management utilities

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
