If this sounds good to you, we have an opening for an experienced Sales and Finance Manager. This will be hybrid role supporting Mike Maroone Chevrolet GMC in Longmont and Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC in Boulder.

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience leading and managing sales teams .

• Proven track record of sales and finance performance.

• Prior DMS experience; DealerTrack preferred.

• Outstanding organization and follow up skills.

• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be goal-driven and have strong desire to succeed.

• Must have a clean driving record.
