Responsibilities: Build strong and trusted relationships with leaders and managers to drive business outcomes and metrics through effective people and organization strategies Implement the HR strategyand programswithinclient groups Develop partnerships acrossclient groups and overall business todeliver value-addedHR programs and services thatreflect the business objectives Ensures HRprogramsare provided appropriately to the business andproactively identify new value add opportunities Maintaina culture of trust andhelpbuild high performing teams acrossclient group s to ensure overallorganizationaleffectiveness Support organizational designand effectiveness efforts Leadand facilitate people-related change management efforts With leaders, engagesinworkforce planning, talent assessment,and succession planningefforts to drive business outcomes Analyze data and translate it into acti onable people strategies Partner with Total Rewards,Talent Management,Talent Acquisition, and other departmentsacross the business to ensure effectiveexecution and roll-out of programs Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations Minimum Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required Minimum5yearsofprogressive experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizationaldesign, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and federal and state respective employment laws Minimum 3 years' experience directly resolving employee relations issues and business partnering experience Proven track record of building and managing strong collaborative relationships Proven experience supporting senior leaders on strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications: HR certification is a plus, PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task while working in afast-pacedenvironment Strong facilitation skills, with some experience delivering leadership development solutions Excellent written,verbal, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills. The ability to receive Secret clearance may be required in the future Experience in an engineering orhigh-techindustry In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is: $66,000.00 - $141,000.00 annually.
