AP Specialist
Location: Bristol, CT Type: On-site

Join a reputable construction firm as an AP Specialist, managing critical accounts payable tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties for the AP Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and job cost allocation.
• Manage payment schedules and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close as an AP Specialist.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support compliance with construction industry requirements.

Compensation: $55K-$60K/year
