Bookkeeper/Office Manager with Payroll Responsibilities

Are you a skilled Bookkeeper with experience in office management and payroll? We're looking for a versatile Bookkeeper/Office Manager who excels in handling both financial and administrative tasks. In this role, you will manage essential accounting functions, oversee office operations, and ensure accurate payroll processing.

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling payroll. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Bookkeeper for accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, handling deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance as the Bookkeeper.
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management and general administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for senior management, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking as the Bookkeeper.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, including office management and payroll processing.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
