Job description

Duties You will manage and delegate resources to execute multiple large complex projects, provide recommendations for improved resource management and building cross SYSCOM-Project Team Alliances at the Project Leadership level. You will support and apply rigorous security while performing complex tasks with multiple dependencies, to include installation planning activities, project management and installation execution skillsets. You will monitor all execution team activities throughout, maintaining awareness of availability status, problems confronted, and courses of action taken through periodic management meetings, and management of the project team. You will ensure project milestones are met, identify all potential risks to the successful completion of the work that may require additional staff, money, or resources. You will lead or participate in and contribute subject matter expertise in knowledge management, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned to identify and drive the implementation of solutions to issues that impact the Division and the Department. This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code IT PROJECT MANAGER, proficiency level ENTRY the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Installation Execution processes for multiple application products to include NTCSS, MFOM, NOSS, NMRO and other BA-ISEA IPT systems AND management of cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects.
