Job description

Duties You will collect, analyze, review and create various data and reports in conjunction with stated assignments for use in evaluating, documenting, and reporting the various Intergrated Logistics Support effectiveness and conditions of Fleet units. You will deal effectively with problems such as stock number migration and source determination. You will ensure strict compliance with requirement for all controlled material. You will participate in Supply Support Readiness Reviews (SSRR) and working groups both as a team member and Presenter as needed. You will initiate appropriate action to ensure the procurement of equipment and services, determination and enforcement of contract requirments. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing knowledge of integrated logistics and supply functions. Examples of specialized experience include most or all the following: 1) Ordering and tracking material in accordance with plans to meet requirements; 2) Resolving problems relating to receipt of material, shortages, damage, rejection, repair, return, loan, diversion, material transfer and/or cannibalization; 3) Reviewing contractual and higher authority directives and documentation; and 4) Maintaining up-to-date status of milestone plans and prepare reports. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
