Mechanical Engineer Groton, CT ORBIS is looking for an entry level Mechanical Engineer with a working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and assisting CAD Team generating build-to-print drawings. Responsibilities include: Performing typical mechanical engineering calculations, assess and assist with design, fabrications and inspections of submarine and surface ship structures, equipment and systems, generate written test and inspection reports, system assessment papers and revisions to technical manuals. A working knowledge of Solid Works or Inventor software is desired, but not required.
