We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial interior construction to join our Connecticut team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex interior projects from inception through completion, with a focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Description

  1. Manage all aspects of commercial interior projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  2. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  3. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
  4. Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  5. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  6. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  7. Lead project meetings, manage documentation, and maintain accurate project records.

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
  3. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of Connecticut building codes and regulations is a plus.
