Compensation $200,000 to $500,000, Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM,

No Weekends and No Calls.


We have an opportunity for full time Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Hartford, CT. The Hospitalist will provide exceptional medical care in a Long-Term Care Facility (LTAC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.


Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation package with opportunities for financial growth based on patient volume and performance. Full-time physicians currently earning between $300,000 - $500,000 per year, with potential to earn well over $500,000 based on productivity and patient load. Benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing medical education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO)from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification oreligibility in Internal Medicine or a relevant specialty.
  • Active and unrestrictedmedical license in the state(s) where services will be rendered.
  • Experience in hospitalmedicine, long-term care, or geriatric medicine is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical acumen,excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage complex medicalconditions effectively.
  • Empathy, compassion, and theability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcareteams.
  • Willingness to travel tomultiple locations and sites as needed.
  • Flexibility to workfull-time, part-time, or PRN schedules based on facility needs and personalpreferences.
