Description

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, using UKG software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Review and verify timesheets, wage calculations, and other payroll-related documents.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
• Administer payroll tax filings, deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper employee data and payroll records.
• Perform Excel-based calculations and create detailed reports to support payroll operations.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll audits and compliance reviews.
• Support process improvements and best practices in payroll operations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Must have experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
