Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the aerospace industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at aerospace manufacturers.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our fluid control solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to customize solutions according to customer specifications.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. (Required)
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles assisting sales with new deals/growing accounts.(Required)
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, valves, actuators, and related components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events (approximately 30% travel expected).
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications relevant to aerospace fluid control systems.
