Shall: Lead field service team scheduling activities to meet customer needs, engage customer representatives in regional territory and ensure needs are met at all service levels from installation through continued maintenance. Oversee training activities for field service technicians and application engineers. Develop comprehensive customer support programs aligned with business strategies aimed at retaining continued business. Requirements: 5+ years experience in the machine tool industry in a field service role. Able to step into a leadership role and manage the activities of 15+ employees.
