We are currently recruiting a talented Project Manager - Installation. This role involves managing and coordinating various audiovisual installation projects, ranging from simple tasks to large-scale, complex installations. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction project management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from initiation through to successful completion.

Description
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication regarding project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Project Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of installation projects with clients and internal teams, maintaining and updating the installation calendar.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary project documentation, including installation paperwork and progress reports, using tools such as CompanyCam and Google Sheets.
- Leadership in Meetings: Lead and facilitate key meetings including weekly installation meetings, project kick-offs, pre-install meetings, bid meetings, and project debriefs.
- Order Processing & Bid Management: Process installation orders and assist in reviewing detailed bid paperwork to ensure proper scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitoring & Problem Solving: Track the progress of installations, proactively identify potential issues, and develop solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain constant awareness of project status and crew activities.
- Project Closeout: Complete all project closeout documentation, including post-installation reports for clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication.
Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role, ideally within the construction or audiovisual industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Preference for candidates with experience in audiovisual terminology and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Competence in Google Workspace Apps (particularly Sheets), with the ability to learn new tools as necessary.
- Public Bid Expertise: Candidates with experience preparing and coordinating public bid paperwork for large-scale projects will be given preference.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to work closely with both clients and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, time-management, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced role. Exceptional organizational ability is a must.
- Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience in a client-facing role is essential, with a focus on collaboration and maintaining positive relationships.
