Creative Financial Staffing is working with a dynamic manufacturing company based in Middletown, looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. They are searching for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to grow within the company.

Compensation: $50-60K
Location: Middletown, Hybrid

About the Opportunity as an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after training period.
• 40-hour work week, with minimal overtime expected.
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounting Manager, who is a supportive and approachable leader.
• Salary range: $50-60K, depending on experience.
• Fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
