Job Title:

Operations & Database Specialist - On-site/Hybrid - New Haven, CT
This role is hybrid, and only local candidates will be considered
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 approximate annual salary

What the company needs in an Operations & Database Specialist:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data management or operations
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, PowerQuery)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or fundraising databases preferred
  • Experience with ETL processes between different platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to work with external vendors
  • Great problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting data discrepancies
