Director, Medical Oncology opening in ConnecticutLocated in Norwich, CT - Hartford 40mFull-time, permanent position Seeking BC/BE Hematology OncologyPosition Details:- The East Region leader will oversee cancer care at two hospitals and four ambulatory medical oncology practice sites, all of which have been newly constructed or renovated in the last 5 years- The incumbent will work closely with the regions medical and administrative leadership team, medical oncology directors across our other 4 regions, and with Cancer Institute senior leadership- The department is comprised of a team of more than 40 medical oncologistsAbout the Facility: Facility's network employs over 2,500 providers in over 400 practice locations throughout Connecticut, seven acute care hospitals including one of the largest academic and surgical hospitals in the northeast, thriving community teaching hospitals, and one of the largest, physician-led, multi-specialty medical groups in New England.
