Junior Accountant - Training Offered for those with a recent Accounting or Finance Degree!

Location: South Windsor, CT
Compensation: $22.50/hour - $27/hour

Main Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:

• Bookkeeping responsibilities, such as reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledgers
• Support preparation of financial reports including balance sheet and income statements
• Input invoices into Blackbaud to be processed
• Prepare journal entries
• AR/Bank deposits
• The Junior Accountant can expect to be trained on ME/YE and audit prep

Preferred Qualifications of the Junior Accountant:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance OR 1 Year of hands on, relatable experience
• Excellent excel skills (Vlookups will be used regularly in this role)
