Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Record fixed assets and manage depreciation calculations.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
  • Conduct financial compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Stay current with changes in accounting regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze potential unclaimed property liabilities.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting challenges.
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
