Job description

Manufacturer in the injection molding and medical devices industry is looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee comprehensive manufacturing programs. This role involves driving project success through collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring programs stay within scope, budget, and timeframes, while also maintaining top-tier quality standards. Continuous improvement and program optimization are at the core of this position.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced understanding of quality management and manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on driving team success.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP and MES system experience.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards (ISO, FDA).
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
