Job description

Manager of CONNECT ERP Operations needed for leading womens health company. The Connect ERP Operations Manager works with senior management to oversee technical activities and tasks including production support, application development, system integrations, and architecture.



Responsibilities include working with leadership, analysts, and internal customers to understand business strategies, requirements, and processes; designing and implementing innovative technical solutions; incident management, managing D365 environments, and leading the technical direction of the overall system.



The ERP Operations Manager has the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with time in the office in Trumbull, CT, required.



Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in cloud/ infrastructure technologies, IT consulting and support, systems administration, network operations, technology solutions, software development and support, architecture, practice development, or consulting

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing the direct reports of technical resources.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.



Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including administration, design, development, implementation, customization, and integration.

  • 7+ years of experience with D365 full life-cycle implementations

  • 5+years of leadership or supervisory experience in large teams

  • Proficiency with ERP Systems

  • Proficiency with D365 Application Integration Framework (AIF), Workflow, Data Import, Reporting, and LCS

  • Experience with vendor management.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Experience with medical devices or life sciences.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
