Detailed Selection Criteria:

  • Problem Solving & Judgement/ Decision Making- Identifying problems and analyzing or reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options in order to choose the most appropriate solution.
Detailed Selection Criteria Continued
  • Controlling Machines & Processes- Using either control mechanisms or direct activity to operate machines and processes, this includes monitoring machines and processes to ensure they are working properly.
  • Electrical- Knowledge of basic electrical theory, including troubleshooting, installation, repair and/or maintenance of electronic equipment.
  • Maintenance Systems & Techniques- Knowledge of servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment.
Preferences:
  • 2 years industrial maintenance/production experience OR completion of an Engineering/Technical program. Welding certified with fabrication experience preferred.
  • Mobile equipment/overhead crane experience. Fundamental knowledge of milling/lathe equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, bearings, lubrications, blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Proficient computer skills and CMMS experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
