Core responsibilities of the AP Specialist

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will be overall tasked with reviewing invoices and coding.
• Process invoices on a weekly basis and serve as a point of contact for the vendors.
• Point of contact for vendors
• Review T&E.
• Reviewing sales tax for accuracy per invoice.
• AP reconciliation at month end.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Associate

• Associates or Undergrad degree.
• 3+ years' experience of processing AP working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel
