NAFI CT's Outpatient Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients in an outpatient setting, collaborating closely with individuals and their families to enhance relationships and achieve their goals. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through program development and personalized client care.

Clinical Therapist duties:

Provide therapy to adults, adolescents, children, and their families including assessment, treatment planning, individual group, and family therapy, and discharge planning
Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings
Work as a team member to respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Contribute to agency and program visibility through the development of community ties

Outpatient Clinic Services:

Individual therapy
Family therapy
Group therapy
Psychiatric consultation
Medication monitoring
Parent/caregiver education and support
Consultation with schools

Qualifications:

Master's Degree required
CT Licensure or license eligible
Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
Good organizational and supervisory skills

Salary ranges: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
