Shift Hours: Varies

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Direct Care:

- Supervision: Oversee individuals according to their Person-Centered Support Plan.

- Daily Living: Assist with activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and toileting.

- Community Integration: Support clients in participating in community activities, including attending medical appointments and accessing social services.

Administrative:

- Documentation: Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor s degree preferred.

- Skills: Basic computer and internet literacy.

- Experience: Previous experience in the human services field is preferred.

- License: Valid driver s license.

- Screening: Must pass employment screenings, including FBI clearance if applicable.

Additional Details:

- Medication: This position does not require the administration of medication.

- Work Environment: The role does not involve direct interaction with minors or working in environments where minors are present.
