The Commercial Lines Account Manager will perform duties independently operating from established directions and instructions. Working within a collaborative team atmosphere for providing exceptional customer experience. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints and insurance laws and require independent decision-making

  • Coordinating with Commercial Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling of commercial client accounts related to:
    • New Business
    • Renewals
    • Endorsements
    • Cancellations
    • Audits
    • Billing/Financing
    • Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
    • Payments
  • Customer Service
    • Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
    • Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
    • Immediately address any customer's concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve
  • Property and Casualty license required
  • Commercial Lines experience required
  • High School diploma/GED required with minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience
  • Applied Epic experience preferred
  • General knowledge of insurance laws
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
