Oversees aspects of projects as directed by the Senior Project Manager. Assists in setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Skills & Requirements Required Experience/Skills: Shall have at minimum five (5) years' experience as a Project Manager in facility building operations with PMP certification in Federal owned buildings. Shall be experienced in the administration, scheduling, and coordination of a work force for maintenance of a government building. Employees responsible for performing/approving such work must possess up-to-date licenses and certifications as required by the District of Columbia. Qualifications Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
