Join a nationally recognized business law firm as an Associate Attorney!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigator with experience working as part of a team in private practice. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, an interest in commercial litigation, and experience managing all aspects of litigation. The firm's nationwide litigation practice focuses heavily on complex commercial and business litigation, including contract disputes, unfair competition, business torts, class actions, and related business disputes. Associate attorneys can expect to handle a significant amount of responsibility while collaborating with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:


  • JD from an accredited law school
  • 3-6 years of experience in business or commercial litigation
  • Experience in all phases of litigation - drafting motions, briefs, relevant correspondence, conducting depositions, attending hearings and court appearances, and trial preparation
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to integrate feedback and take on increased responsibility
  • Licensed to practice in one or more of the following: Maryland, Virginia, or District of Columbia
  • Additional bar admissions in Florida or California is of interest
