Job description
Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Administrative (Budget Analysis, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client on site in Washington, DC. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities Help manage all aspects of the PPRC process. Coordinate PPRC meetings. Maintain PPRC log. Clear and track all funding actions. Maintain and update PPRC SOPs. Prepare financial reports, conduct financial reconciliation, and support other budget tracking and reporting requirements. Travel None Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of and skill in the use of computer based programs for use in tracking and analyzing financial information Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to be flexible in a demanding work environment Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Federal, Departmental and Bureau budgetary principles, concepts, regulations, practices and procedures to perform various assignments Desired Qualifications Experience related to humanitarian programs Experience with Momentum Experience in working with DOS or similar bureau Education BA/BS Clearance All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $105,000-$115,000 per year.
