Job Title: Business Analyst Premium III Location: Washington, DC 20433 Duration: 12+ Months Top Requirements:Business Analyst Premium III / Green building experience is a must along with that you can look for BA with domain experience in Sustainable Building design, Energy calculation, consumption calculations requirements management The primary objective of this TOR is to outline the responsibilities, qualifications, and deliverables expected from a Business Analyst with experience in the green building domain. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that the new EDGE application meets the needs of stakeholders and aligns with industry best practices. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. Analyze current business processes and workflows related to the EDGE application. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the existing system. Documentation: Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, user stories, and use cases. Create process flow diagrams, data models, and other relevant documentation. Maintain an organized repository of all project documentation. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, architects, project managers, and end-users. Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns or changes in requirements. Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design and Validation: Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure alignment with green building standards. Assist in the development of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the solution.
