Job Description:
CompTech is seeking a Business Process Re-engineering Specialist in support of our customer, the Defense Logistic Agency (DLA). The Specialist will coordinate and analyze training requirements and collaborate with the lead exercise planner in developing, coordinating, and publishing a comprehensive Joint Training Plan within the Joint Training Information Management System that identifies the Director's training guidance, training audience(s), training objectives, training events, training support resources, and coordination needed to attain the required levels of training proficiencies. Additionally, the Specialist will: -Analyze training requirements and determine the most effective means by which the requirements will be addressed
-Assist in developing, coordinating, and publishing the Joint Training Plan
-Assist in staffing, coordinating, and adjudicating stakeholder input to the Joint Training Plan
-Conduct mission analysis to identify mission requirements to drive exercise/training objectives
-Conduct staff analysis and select approved joint tasks from the Universal Joint Task List
-Select and apply essentiality criteria
-Review issues, themes, trends, and after-action reviews identified in previous assessments
-Review lessons learned, observations, and best practices
-Develop detailed planning objectives and associated milestones
-Provide summation of lessons learned from previous exercises Required Qualifications:
Must have the minimum of experience that is directly related to the following duties and responsibilities: -Transformation focused with sound decision making, strategic acumen, process improvement and analytical problem-solving capabilities to support Joint/Service/Agency strategic and operational requirements
-Four (4) + years of prior experience in roles with business analysis, global planning, business strategy, capabilities development, and project management roles of increasing responsibility
-Strategic projects involving requirements development, evaluation, analysis and process management, assessments, implications analysis, options management, issues management and other related management studies
-Provide sound, expert advice, recommendations, and leadership to internal and external stakeholders
-Analyze processes to make improvements and prepare professional briefings for senior decisionmakers
-Shaping strategies, developing plans, analyzing data, and clearly aligning goals to the Agency's strategic planning efforts
-Hosting meetings and working groups to coordinate internal and external stakeholder requirements
-Drafting exercise and related orders, to include the initiating and execution directives, policies, analytical support plans, external experiments, and mission-related studies
-Development of "plans to plan" and execution of plans, scheduling and tracking events and milestone completion, scheduling, and preparations for key internal and external events Security Clearance Requirements:
