Job description
Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Business Process Analyst to support our contract with a federal agency focused on critical infrastructure protection and secure information sharing with the private sector. As a Business Process Analyst, you will assist in managing project logistics, maintaining clear and organized documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure efficient project execution. Your primary role will involve coordinating with field offices and headquarters divisions, maintaining official records, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all project-related documents, products, and intelligence. In this position, you will contribute to improving the agency's processes, helping to refine workflows and documentation that support critical national security efforts. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that project timelines are adhered to and all relevant stakeholders are informed. You will also play a key role in editing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other key documents to support organizational transparency and efficiency. Responsibilities/Duties: Documentation Management. Edit, revise, and ensure consistency across multi-page documents (50-100+ pages), managing all aspects of the editorial process independently.
Project Support. Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of project logistics, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Data Analysis:Analyze and manipulate large datasets (thousands of data points), producing insights and supporting decision-making.
Logistics Coordination. Coordinate with field offices and headquarters divisions to track project logistics and ensure alignment with the project execution timeline.
Record Keeping. Maintain official records on project logistics, ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
SharePoint Support:Support the development, maintenance, and organization of SharePoint sites, ensuring effective data sharing and collaboration.
Task and Meeting Support. Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings, trainings, and staffing logistics, ensuring all tasks are documented and completed on time.
Process Documentation. Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process-related documentation to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis, administrative, or project support role.
Education.Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/certifications (e.g. - CBAP, PMP, CSM, LSS).
Technical Skills.
Experience with business process improvement activities, including streamlining processes, developing SOPs, and improving access to information.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including analyzing/manipulating large datasets and creating pivot tables.
Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance, supporting document management and collaboration.
