The Cyber, Acquisition, Intelligence Group (CAIG) supports a broad array of clients the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S) and Research and Engineering (R&E) on cyber, space, nuclear, intelligence and acquisition efforts. The C4ISR Acquisition Analyst will be located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA and support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management (SSIPM) in the C4ISR Directorate. Responsibilities: SPA is seeking an experienced C4ISR Acquisition Analyst to provide subject matter expertise related to the analyst of missions, program goals and objectives, and overall assessments of Intelligence Community systems. The candidate will: Provide acquisition oversight and review of JCIDS and Intelligence Community requirements documents focused on Battlespace Awareness.
Support USD(A&S) in his role as chair of Defense Acquisition Boards (DABs) and as co-chair of Joint Intelligence Acquisition Board (JIABs).
Support Special Program Reviews for ground-based Major Systems Acquisitions (MSAs) and Special Interest Acquisitions (SIAs).
Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience with Intelligence Community ground systems from an operational or programmatic perspective
Expert knowledge of Intelligence Community Direction 801
Experience supporting senior DoD or IC staffs
Desired Master's Degree in a technical field
DAWIA Level II or higher certification(s)
