A week in the life of aUnified CommunicationsAdministrator II: Resolve Unified Communications user incidents and requests, to include operational voice and video challenges. Resolve issues with vendor-specific multi-level video teleconferencing systems. Manage UC endpoints. Complete moves/adds/changes according to the specified SLAs. Provide weekly report activities to the manager. Assistwith the installation of local and/or remote data and voice communications equipment. Create and maintainappropriate documentation, including operational instructions. Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations. Actively involved in hardware refreshes. Maintains security policies on UCS systems Job Requirements Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree in STEM fieldwith2+ years of experience DoD 8570 IAT Level ICertification or higher (e.g., A+ ce,CCNA-Security,CND,Network+ ce, or SSCP) Acquire a DoD 8570 Computing Environment certifications within 6 months of hire (e.g., Cisco CCNA Voice or equivalent certification.) Experience with Cisco VTC codecs, Cisco VoIP endpoints, Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) version 11.5 or later, and Cisco Telepresence Management Server. Ability, on occasion, to provide customer support outside normal duty hours. Must be open to 10% annual travel and possess a valid US driver's license. Willing to submit to a random CI polygraph. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
