Controller - Growing GC

Overview of the Controller role:

• Timely performance of the month end close process including preparation of monthly financial reports
• Reconciling all GL accounts and insuring transparency
• Manage Payroll, AP and AR functions
• Ensure compliance to GAAP, FAR and CAS
• Maintain cost pools and proper allocations
• Interfacing with external auditors

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• 5+ years' progressive experience in GC accounting
• 2+ years' supervisory experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint required
