The Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) is charged with establishing a standardized education and development program that will direct, coordinate and de-conflict Defense Intelligence training issues across the Defense Intelligence Agency, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and coalition partners as required. Your mission is to manage and coordinate all training and learning events for the Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI). Your Responsibilities • Provide program execution and ensure effective coordination for the successful completion of learning events and training courses • Coordinate as necessary with students, faculty, and external customers • Assist with preparation of course materials, maintain proper documentation of courses, and oversee accreditation activities Your Qualifications • 2+ years experience in administrative support role • 5+ years of working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite • TS/SCI required Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with professional and educational experience Benefits: Extremely competitive Employment policies and decisions on employment and promotion are based on merit, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
