NAIS is seeking Cyber Operations Planner II to provide services on a future contract supporting a government agency. This will be a full-time salaried position with compensation based on your professional experience and overall aptitude. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Planner II with 6-9 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed plans to support a wide range of cyber operations. This position requires close collaboration with other planners, operators, and analysts to ensure the successful execution of cyber actions, including targeting, synchronization, and integration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive plans to conduct and support various cyber operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operators, planners, and analysts, to ensure alignment and integration of cyber actions. • Participate in the selection and validation of targets, ensuring synchronization and integration during execution phases. • Enable effective cyber operations by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure mission success. • Assist in the development of timelines, resource allocation, and risk management for cyber operations planning. • Monitor and analyze cyber operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure that plans are effectively executed. • Maintain a high level of understanding of evolving cyber threats and defense mechanisms. Minimum Qualifications: • Strong understanding of cyber operations, including planning, execution, and assessment phases. • Familiarity with the process of targeting, validation, and synchronization in cyber missions. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to integrate operations. • Ability to analyze and resolve complex cyber issues, ensuring mission objectives are met. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
