Data Manager - Position Description We have immediate hire openings for Data Manager to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC, who wants to grow with the Company. Security Clearance: Applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance Position/Job Description: Collect data from multiple sources in differing formats and use Microsoft Power BI or similar system to consolidate the data and present to senior management in a clear, cohesive manner Effectively communicates the analysis and findings through data visualizations, documents, and the use of visualization software and strategies for various audiences Promote the use of standard tools, methodologies and processes for use across the entire organization Build expertise in a common tool set to enable advancement in data analysis maturity; act as both an advocate and a catalyst for the organization to use data analysis in support of business decision making Improve quality of analysis by standardizing levels of competency through training and qualification program Provide other Front Office Support as required. Experience Requirements: Two to four years of Microsoft Power BI experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have experience with data literacy and experience using data from multiple data sources with the ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options Proficient with applying data visualization techniques and tools such as, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau; collect, analyze, interpret, build relationship models including databases, pivot tables and macros Educational & Certification Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree desired Microsoft Power BI certification desired EOE/M/F/ Disability/Vet VEVRAA Federal Contractor Benefits ICI Services provides a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
