Job description

Evolver Federal is seeking a Data Owner/Engineer to satisfy a requirement for a potential government client. Responsibilities The Data Owner/Engineer will be responsible for: Managing the program's data management strategy, including data warehousing, data analytics, and business intelligence.
Will lead two teams; a data engineering and architecture team who designs and builds the ServiceNow data warehouse solutions and a second team of data analysts who will explore data, and provide analysis, identify trends, and report out to the program leadership and customer base.
Oversee the design and development of the data warehouse system that integrates ServiceNow data into business insights.
Lead a team of data engineers and solutions architects to aid in the research and construction of data systems and real time data processing abilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee data analysts who will provide quality data analytics.
Work between the two teams to ensure effective communication between the team.
Maintain data government, management standards, and quality metrics to ensure security and integrity.
Work with the security and compliance teams to maintain all necessary documentation for the SSP and achieve ATO.
Oversee all task management and work prioritization to ensure all project requirements are achieved and provide reports to leadership on progress and potential issues.
Responsible for organizational integration technologies and platforms to include interface configuration in a multi-system environment, and custom integration development. Basic Qualifications: An Active DOD - Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or Business; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
10 years of experience in data management
5 years of management experience Preferred Qualifications: 5 Years of proven experience designing and deploying data warehouse solutions, especially in relation to ServiceNow
5 Years experience with data architecture and warehousing principles
5 years of experience with data platforms and tools for data analysis, data quality and business intelligence
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Ability to translate complex data concepts into more understandable terms
Experience keeping to timelines and ability to resolve complex problems that may arise
Proven experience with the need for extreme attention to detail when it comes to data accuracy and integrity
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and no-technical personnel
