Job description

Evolver Federal is seeking a Deputy Refugee Processing Business Manager to satisfy a requirement for a potential government client. Responsibilities The Deputy Refugee Processing Business Manager will work directly under the Refugee Processing Manager to support the overall mission for overseas and domestic US Refugee Admissions Program. This will include: Helping ensure that all SOPs are aligned with the government client's policy and business rules and will supervise refugee case processing operations.
Working closely with Data Analytics and software SMEs to identify efficiencies and automations that will increase productivity of case processing.
Assisting in the supervision of training, change management, and business analysts who support casework across the world in the implementation of policy and system processing requirements.
Reviewing and analyzing reports, records, and directives to report back to supervisions on obtaining data needed for planning refugee operations activities.
Coordinating refugee operations activities with START software team, user acceptance testing, systems design, and prototype reviews to provide the user perspective in START system development.
Helping in evaluating the system's current procedures and practices and establishing standards for functions that align with quality control and configuration management programs.
Understanding refugee case processing data to make decisions regarding policy and to manage the case processing pipeline. Basic Qualifications: An Active Secret Clearance
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
5 years of management experience
5 years of Application Processing experience
5 years of experience with Data Analytics and software SMEs to identify efficiencies and automations that will increase productivity Preferred Qualifications: 5 Years of experience in preparing management, business, and technical reports for internal and external use
Experience with refugee processing gained from DHS, Department of State/PRM, Department of State/PRM/RPC, DHS/Office of Refugee Resettlement, or USRAP partner employment highly desired
