SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, OSD, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defense Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challenges. Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security. Within the SLA Division, Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 80 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, logistics, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 40 programs and projects in the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division's Integrated Combat System department, Office of Naval Research, and the Navy's Team SUBS office. SPA's IWS Group office is located at 20 M Street in Southeast DC, conveniently down the street from our clients at the Washington Navy Yard. Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated Digital Engineering analyst with at least 3 years of experience to provide support to the Future X-Band Radar (FXR) program within the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0). You will join a high performing team and w ork alongside programmatic and technical experts in the FXR program to support a wide range of digital engineering activities. You will support the development of the FXR government SysML model, s upport requirements management in Cameo and configuration management of Cameo files and Teamwork Cloud Administration, support model reviews, and actively participate in document drafting and review (e.g., SOW, SEP, other GFI and MS documents) with respect to digital engineering. A hybrid work environment is allowed, but you must have the ability to regularly work on-site in DC. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: $95,000 - $125,000. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or similar field 3+ years of relevant experience, including d emonstrated expertise with Cameo Systems Modeler and/or similar modeling tools Familiarity with Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM), United Architecture Framework (UAF), and other MBSE languages, frameworks, and ontologies Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, and the ability to maintain this throughout employment Desired SysML certification Experience with Program Office support Experience with Navy's radar, electronic warfare, and/or combat systems
