Job description

Our client in Washington, DC is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the growing and bustling headquarters in Georgetown!

About the Job:

  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, showcasing the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Handle meeting coordination and office event planning.
  • Manage office operations including the ordering of supplies, overseeing vendor contracts, and working with on-site property management.
  • Perform additional administrative and office support projects as assigned.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting a team or multiple executives.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative working style with strong attention to detail.

About the Position:

  • $70K-$75K salary range, depending on experience.
  • Works on-site 5x/week in the Georgetown headquarters.
