Amentum is working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to design and develop a formal certification program for Counter Threat Finance (CTF) analysts. The intended audience for the certification program is, the DoD threat finance analysts, the DoD all-source analysts, and then any other personnel from DoD and other agencies who qualify for the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP). In support of these efforts Amentum is seeking a Facility Coordinator/Exam Proctor, to oversee the testing facility and Proctor certification testing for the DOD Threat Finance Certification Program. Responsibilities: Assist with the coordination, and management of a DoD CTF credential/certification program. Assist with ongoing maintenance and administration of the certification program. This may include certification activities as part of a mobile team. Administering tests and overseeing the testing process for all Threat Finance Certification program testing Provides support and assistance to all active Threat finance certification test takers Coordinate facility usage along with creating and managing the testing environment within the facility Requirements: Active Department of Defense Top Secret/ SCI Government Security Clearance At a minimum shall have a High School Diploma and at least five (5) years of relevant experience including experience in: Administering tests and overseeing the testing process, Providing support and assistance to test takers, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, Working with classified systems, MS Teams, VTCs, and Zoom calls, Familiarization with data entry, Working in a team environment, Creating and managing a test environment within a facility, Coordinating facility usage for certification, Coordinating and working in a team environment to support the certification/testing process, Desired Skills: DoD experienced is highly desired HIRING SALARY RANGE: $37.02/hour - $39.18/hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
