Job description

R3 Government Solutions (R3) provides human resources operations services, human capital consulting, and custom training to federal clients. This position is part of an R3 consulting team that supports U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with a variety of Human Resources (HR) business solutions, covering IT systems, dashboards, and reporting initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide support and expert consulting for HR operations, covering IT systems administration, data, and reporting
• Review and analyze HR customer needs, including system requirements and procedures • Support project management by updating project plans and reporting
• Create or support process mapping documents, job aids, system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Help gather and analyze key performance indicators and develop effective measures and metrics to drive team and project improvements.
• Research and recommend software to address HR needs of the agency or program office.
• Analyze data, recommend technical solutions, and design specific database or programs to respond to agency or program office needs.
• Support testing of the program's functions and the implementation of the program from developmental to operational status; resolve any questions regarding the program requirements, major component elements and functionality. Qualifications • BS Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
• Eight (8) years programming or systems experience, with demonstrated skills to adapt to and learn different development platforms
• Prior experience with federal HR operations, systems, and/or data highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, writing, and creative problem-solving skills
