Freedom of Informati o n Act (FOIA) Program Manager EnProVera is seeking an experienced Program Manager to direct and manage a federal government FOIA program in Washington, DC. Position Responsibilities : Manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to contract requirements in support of a Government FOIA/PA program Serve as i nterface between client management and corporate staff D irects contractor workflow in all task areas through project personnel. E nsures overall responsiveness of contractor staff to all client requirements, job requests, and guidance provided by the Contract Officer Representative (COR) and/or designated representative Manages contractual efforts in a defined program/task area to ensure responsiveness to job requests and provides technical oversight to the technical contractor employees Act as point of contact between the COR and client on administrative aspects of all work-related issues within the specified program Assesses the administrative workload on a weekly basis and reassigns staff as needed to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner Ensures administrative staff are trained in multiple administrative duties to provide adequate coverage during peak workloads Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in an engineering discipline or in public or business administration ; Master of Business Administration Degree is highly desirable A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in project management ; E xperience may be a combination of private sector, civil service, and/or military experience E xcellent oral and written communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques A proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines D irect and current experience in the processing of FOIA requests highly desirable K nowledge of SecureRelease is a plus Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 15 pounds Mental Demands: A ttention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks in one place for a long period of time Ability to relate to others in a friendly and courteous manner in a highly stressful environment Required Security: Must be a U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass pre-employment background investigation, including cr iminal background check Having a criminal conviction will not automatically bar you from employment consideration Place of Performance: Washington, DC FLSA Class: Exempt About Us: EnProVera offers a competitive salary, paid time off including government holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
