Comprehensive Approach Solutions (CAS) is seeking an experienced Graphics Subject Mater Expert (SME) to join our Team in Washington, DC supporting the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD(I&S . This is to fill a vacancy on a new contract awarded with an estimated start date between 1-15 October, 2024. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer within the Department of Defense. Required Skillset: • Experienced with collaborating with technical people/team to produce low level (detailed) to high level (made for managers/executives) to consume in trouble shooting or understand.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Skilled Adobe Creative Cloud products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Job Description: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand requirements in order to create look, layout, and features of organizational SharePoint, websites, mobile applications, and other digital solutions. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organization Responsibilities:
• Create the look, layout, and features of organizational SharePoint, websites, mobile applications, and other digital solutions for OUSD(I&S). • Collaborate with team members and clients to define and implement innovative solutions for the direction, visuals, and experience of an application. • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team. • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
